Earlier today, a person in distress was met by SWAT abseiling into an apartment. Thankful for community members that assembled to monitor, likely mitigating further escalation, a reminder of the need to build infrastructure in our communities so we can protect each other.

Alarming development I wasn't aware of: while in the past social workers would take on med adherence checks, we're at the point where pills can track themselves. (from @LVikkiml + @MayaSchenwar's Prison by any Other Name)
