Day 1 – 1 hour before operation I wasn’t nervous at all leading up to the surgery. The scale of the operation and the fact that my face is about to change is only now beginning to dawn on me and it is nervewracking.

With a background in mental health practice and community organizing, his research centres on social work abolitionism, mutual aid, social work and colonialism, and institutional violence in the mental health field. He is currently a union researcher and was previously a lecturer at York University’s School of Social Work and the chair of the Chinese Canadian National Council Toronto Chapter.
